降糖合剂治疗2型糖尿病的临床与实验研究

为观察降糖俣剂（黄芪,生地黄,地骨皮,黄柏,黄连,水蛭等）治疗2型糖尿病的疗效,60例患者分为治疗组（服用降糖合剂）和对照组（服用金芪降糖片）。疗程3个月。结果：2组患者治疗后的总有效率分别为83.3%和80.0%。组间比较差异无显著性意义;治疗组患者治疗后血胰岛素含量升高,全血黏度和血浆黏度降低,对照组上述指标无变化。对链脲霉素糖尿病大鼠模型的模拟治疗发现,降糖合剂和金芪降糖片,均能降低模型鼠的血糖,糖化血红蛋白,胰高糖素和血清MDA,升高胰岛素含量和SOD活性,提示：降糖合剂对2型糖尿病的疗效。与降糖中成药金芪降糖片相似;其主要机理可能是改善胰腺的内分泌功能,降低血液黏稠度。

Clinical and Experimental Study on "Glucose-Reducing Mixture" for Type 2 Diabetes

To observe the therapeutic effects of "Glucose Reducing Mixture" in the treatment of type 2 diabetes,60 subjects were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which "Glucose Reducing Mixture" was given and control group in which "Jinqi Jiangtang Pill" was used,with a treatment course of 3 months.Results:The total effective rates were 83 3% and 80 0% respectively,with no difference between them;in treatment group,blood insulin elevated,total blood viscosity and plasm reduced after treatment;while in control group,these laboratory investigations changed little.In streptozotocin induced diabetes in rats,both "Glucose Reducing Mixture" and "Jinqi Jiangtang Pill" could reduce blood glucose,saccharogenic hemoglobin,pancreatic glucagon and serum MDA,and increase insulin and SOD activity.It is revealed that the Mixture is effective against type 2 diabetes,similar to "Jinqi Jiangtang Pill",probably by improving the secretion of pancreas and reducing the blood viscosity.
