摘    要:目的:探讨二尖瓣环舒张早期与心房收缩期峰值运动速度e/a比率评价左室舒张功能的价值。方法:应用多普勒组织成像技术探测正常对照组及原发性高血压患者二尖瓣环侧壁的峰值运动速度e/a比率,同时探测二尖瓣血流舒张早期与心房收缩期峰值速度E/A比率、肺静脉血流收缩期与舒张早期峰值速度S/D比率作对照。结果:根据二尖瓣血流E/A比率,分别讨论:1.E/A〈1(左室舒张早期功能受损),二尖瓣环e/a比率评价左室

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the value of e/a ratio of mitral annulus for assessing diastolic function.Methods:The lateral wall of mitral annular movement was detected by Doppler tissue imaging(DTI).At the same time the mitral inflow and pulmonay venous flow were detected by Doppler flow imaging as reference.Results:We discussed three situations according to E/A ratio of mitral inflow:1 E/A<1,the detection rate of abnormality of e/a ratio at mitral annulus level was 97 15%,and the abnormality of S/D ratio of pulmonary venous flow was 71 43%.2 12 0,for e/a ratio,the abnormality was 50%;for S/D ratio,91 67%.Conclusionss:The e/a ratio of mitral annulus reflects the change of cardiac movement.It is relatively independent of loading condition.Especially in pseudonormal pattern it has important value in identification,particularly when pulmonary venous flow cannot be detected successfully.But when E/A>2 0,the value of e/a ratio is not better than S/D ratio.At that time the ventricular filling pattern is restrictive filling,usually accompanied by volume overload,the transformation of ventriculoatrial pressure gradient determines the movement of mitral inflow.Then the further study is needed to prove whether the movement of mitral annulus would be influenced by loading condition and its degree.
