贵州省农村地区妇幼保健工作的现状与思考

目的了解贵州省农村地区的妇幼保健工作现状，分析影响妇幼保健工作开展的因素。方法所有资料采用Epi data、Excel或SPSS建立数据库，统一录入。输入数据采用双机录入，对两个相同数据文件进行有效性检查，确保资料的准确录入。用SPSS11．5进行资料的初步分析。结果贵州省农村地区妇幼保健工作问题突出，存在着直接影响妇幼保健事业发展的难点。结论妇幼卫生改革势在必行，地方政府要改革管理体制，增加财政投入；妇幼保健相关部门要提高其服务能力；人群妇幼保健意识也有待提高。从而使农村妇幼卫生保健在市场经济条件下取得新的发展。

Current Situation and Thinking on Maternal and Child Health Work in Rural Areas in Guizhou Province

Objective.To comprehend the current situation of Maternal and Child Health(MCH) work in rural area in Guizhou Province,and analyze the influencing factor on the development of the MCH work.Methods.Use Epi data,Excel or SPSS to set up databases,unify the record.Input data onto a two-aircraft to check the validity of the two same data documents to ensure accurate data capture.Use SPSS11.5 for the preliminary analysis of data.Results.The issue on MCH work in rural area in Guizhou Province is prominent,and the difficulty that directly influences the development of MCH work still exists.Conclusion.Maternal and Child Health Reform is imperative,local governments must reform the management structure and increase the funding;maternal and child health-related sectors ought to improve service capabilities;awareness for MCH should be improved.Spread the work on MCH in rural areas will obtain a new development under the conditions of market economy.
