听源性惊厥易感大鼠上丘突触素P38表达的研究

目的：探讨听源性惊厥易感大鼠上丘突触密度的变化情况。方法：免疫细胞化学方法和计算机图像分析技术。结果：P77PMC听源性惊厥易感大鼠上丘浅层和深层的P38免疫反应产物校正光密度值均显著高于正常Wistar大鼠，结论P77PMC大鼠上丘突触密度的改变可能与听源性惊厥易感性密切相关。

EXPRESSION OF SYNAPTOPHYSIN P38 IN SUPERIOR COLLICULUS IN AUDIOGENIC SEIZURES-PRONE RATS

Objective To find out the changes of synaptic density in the superior colliculus(SC) of the audiogenic seizures-prone rats(P77PMC). Methods Immunocytochemistry and computer image analysis techniques. Results The values of corrected optic density (COD) of P38 imnmunoreactivity in the superficial and deep layers of SC in the P77PMC rats were significantly higher than that in the normal Wistar rats. Conclusion The changes of synaptic density in SC of P77PMC rats may be related to the susceptibility of the audiogenic seizures.;
