| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨迁延性昏迷患者的预后情况 ,为治疗及护理提供理论依据。方法 :对 5 2例迁延性昏迷患者分别就病人年龄、自发睁眼、按吩咐动作和言语反应进行观察。结果 :迁延性昏迷患者一年内恢复满意 2 8例占 5 3.8%。结论 :医务人员和病者家属对脑外伤后迁延性昏迷患者应采取积极的治疗和护理措施 ,在伤后一年内不轻易将之判定为持续植物状态

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the prognosis of metastatic coma after brain trauma.Method: 52 cases with the metastatic coma were observed on age, spontaneous opening eyes, action and language reaction.Result: There were 28 cases with the metastatic coma recovery in one year.Conclusion: the metastatic coma can be treated satisfy by a better way. |
