卵泡刺激素受体与COX-2在上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达及相互关系

摘    要:目的探讨卵泡刺激素受体(FSHR)与环氧化酶2(COX-2)在卵巢上皮性肿瘤的表达情况及相互关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测卵巢上皮性癌、良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤、正常卵巢组织中的FSHR与COX-2的表达,及其相互关系。结果FSHR在卵巢上皮性癌组织的表达显著高于良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织及正常卵巢组织(P<0.01)。COX-2在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达高于良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织但无统计学意义,明显高于正常卵巢组织有统计学意义(P<0.01)。FSHR、COX-2在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达有相关性(r=0.729,P<0.01)。结论FSH和COX-2在卵巢上皮性癌组织高表达,且两者表达有相关性。

Abstract:Objective To study the expression of follicle-stimulating hormone receptor (FSHR) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in epithelial ovarian carcinoma,and their relationship. Methods The expression of FSHR and COX-2 was detected with immunochemical method in 30 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer,20 cases of ovarian benign tumors and 20 cases of normal ovary tissues. Results FSHR expression in epithelial ovarian cancer was statistically higher than that in ovarian benign tumors and that in normal ovary tissues (P < 0.01). There were no significant differences in COX-2 expression in epithelial ovarian cancer and ovarian benign tumors. COX-2 expression in epithelial ovarian cancer was statistically higher than that in normal ovary tissues (P < 0.01). There was a correlation between the expressions of COX-2 and FSHR in epithelial ovarian cancer had relationship(r = 0.729,P < 0.01). Conclusion FSH and COX-2 are over expressed in epithelial ovarian cancer. There is a relationship between the expressions of COX-2 and FSHR in epithelial ovarian cancer.
