盐酸甲氯芬酯用于治疗颅脑损伤所致昏迷的疗效观察

目的：观察甲氯芬酯治疗重度颅脑损伤的催醒疗效及安全性。方法：将200例因颅脑损伤所致昏迷的患者（Glasgow评分4～8分）随机分为两组，均予常规治疗，包括依手术指征清除颅内血肿、去骨瓣减压术，脱水降颅内压治疗，以及接受糖皮质激素和抗炎及支持治疗等。治疗组（盐酸甲氯芬酯治疗组）100例患者在对照组（常规治疗组）基础上加用盐酸甲氯芬酯。然后根据Glasgow评分进行评价。结果：治疗组Glasgow昏迷评分（GCS）升高较对照组有显著差异（P〈0．05），治疗过程中未见不良反应发生。结论：盐酸甲氯芬酯对治疗重型颅脑损伤后昏迷的催醒治疗有确切的疗效，而且是安全的一种药物。

The clinical observation of meclofenoxate hydrochloride in treatment of co-ma by craniocerebral injury

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and security of meclofenoxate hydrochloride on coma caused by craniocerebral injury.Methods:200 comatose patients caused by craniocerebral injury(Glasgow coma scale(GCS),4~8] were randomly divided into two groups.All patients received routine therapy,including evacuation of intracranial hematoma,decompressive craniectomy according to operation indications,dehydration therapy to depress intracranial pressure,glucocorticoid,anti-inflammatory and supportive treatment,et al.The test group(n=100) were administrated the same treatment compare d to the other 100 patiens in the control group besides receiving meclofenoxate hydrochloride.And the clinical efficacy was evaluated by GCS.Results: In test group,the GCS were increased significantly compared with those in control group(P<0.05),and the result show it had no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Meclofenoxate hydrochloride is aneffective choice on treatment of coma caused by craniocerebral injury,and the adverse reactions are mild.
