| 摘 要： | 作者测定了27例终末期肾功能衰竭(ESRF)患者口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)时的血清胰多肽(SPP)水平。结果显示ESRF患者的SPP明显高于正常对照组;透析治疗不能纠正ESRF患者的高胰多肽血症;同种异体肾移植后SPP可完全恢复正常;SPP水平与血糖和血清胰岛素水平无明显相关。肾脏是胰多肽代谢的重要场所,ESRF患者SPP浓度升高与其肾功能衰竭有关,而高胰多肽血症可能是ESRF患者消化道症状的原因之一。

| Abstract: | Serum levels of pancreaticpolypeptide (SPP)responding to 75g glucose(oral) challenge were observed in 27 pa-tients with end state renal failure (ESRF)and 27 normal subjects as a control. The results showed that the levels ofSPP were significantly higher in ESRFpatients than in normal subjects. Dialysistherapy seemed to have no effect on thelevels of SPP. The elevated levels of SPPcould return to normality after kidneytransplantation. There was no positivecorrelation between the levels of SPP, theblood sugar. and the serum insulin. It is suggested that kidneys are theimportant sites for the metabolism of PP.The elevated SPP concentration in patientswith ESRF may result from their renalfailure, and may contribute to some gas-trointestinal symptoms which are fre-quently associated with ESRF. |
