探讨门诊检验报告单的发放措施

目的 对门诊患者所需检验的各种检验报告单,根据检验的不同项目,采取科学有效的发放措施,从而优化检验报告单发放服务流程,树立"以病人为中心"的服务理念.方法 门诊各科的检验报告单均由门诊服务台礼仪护士保管,并负责对送来的检验报告单及时消毒,同时根据门诊检验报告单的项目、检验报告单出来的时间、患者姓名等分别归类、登记.门诊患者取检验报告单时须出具"取门诊检验报告单凭证"方可发放结果.结果 自门诊实施由门诊服务台保管分发检验报告单的签收登记以来,既简化了门诊病人就诊流程,节省了时间,又做到门诊检验报告单安全、保密.结论 实施登记签收制度以来,取得较好效果.

Results Flow chart to see the doctor was simplified, and the consulting hours were saved and the examination reports were safe and secret. Conclusions We have obtained the better result since registering ex-amination reports.
