脑卒中与微量元素关系调查

本文讨论了我国脑卒中高发区、低发区脑卒中高危人群（ｓｐｐ）头发微量元素含量的变化与血压和生化指标的关系。结果发现高发区ＳＰＰ头发Ｋ、ｃａ、ｃｕ及ｃａ／Ｍｇ明显低于对照组（ｓｃ）及低发区ｓｐｐ，而Ｎａ、Ｍｇ、Ｚｎ及Ｎａ／Ｋ、Ｚｎ／Ｃｕ则明显高于ＳＣ和低发区。Ｋ与血压、ＡＰＯＢ呈负相关，与ＨＣＴ、ＡＰＯＡ－Ⅰ及Ｃ肽呈正相关；Ｎａ与增龄、血压、ＡＰＯＢ正相关，与Ｃ肽负相关；Ｃａ、Ｃａ／Ｍｇ与增龄、血压、ＨＣＴ、Ｃ肽负相关，与ＡＰＯＡ－Ⅰ正相关；Ｍｇ与增龄、ＢＭＩ、ＡＰＯＢ正相关，与ＨＣＴ负相关；Ｚｎ与增龄、血压、ＢＭＩ、ＢＳ正相关；Ｆｅ与ＡＰＯＢ及Ｃ肽正相关；Ｍｎ与Ｃｈ、ＬＤＬ负相关，与Ｃ肽和胰岛素正相关。经逐步回归分析发现，Ｋ、Ｎａ、ｃａ与血压关系最密切。

AN INVESTIGATION OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN STROKE AND TRACE ELEMENTS

The relationship between trace elements in hair and blood pressure,biochemical indicators was studied among populations in high and low stroke incidence areas. The re-sults showed that the contents of potassiurm(K),calcium(Ca),copper(Cu)and calcium/magnesium (Ca/Mg )in hair were significantly lower in high risk population at high incidence areas than that of controls and population in low incidence areas.There was a negative correlation between Kand blood pressure,ApoB; positive correlation between K and HCT, ApoA l, C-peptide;positive correlation between sodium(Na)and aging,blood pressure,ApoB negative correlation between Na and C-peptide,and between Ca,Ca/Mg and aging,blood pressure,HCT,C-peptide;positive cor-relation between Ca,Ca/Mg and ApoAl;positive correlation between Mg and agingBMI, ApoB;negative correlation be-tween Mg and HCT;positive correlation between Zinc and aging,blood pressure,BMI,DS;positive correlation between iron and ApoB,C-peptide;negative correlation betweenmanganese(Mn)and cholesterol,LDL;positive correlationbetween Mn and C-peptide ,insulin.After regression analy-sis,it was found that the contents of K,Na,and blood pres-sure closely correlated.
