| 摘 要： | 本文对１９９０～１９９２年发生在老年人群中（≥７０岁）的冠心病死亡进行了调查分析。结果表明，老年冠心病的平均死亡率为１．２３％，其中男性为１．５２％，女性为０．９４％，小于７５岁者死亡率高于７５岁以上者，前者为１．６９％，后者为０．８４％，两组死亡的主要病种均为冠心病猝死（ＣＳＤ）；无论男女，死亡均以工人所占比例为大（男５７．４％，女４４．８％）；各种冠心病死亡多集中在冬季；急性心肌梗塞（ＡＭＩ）死亡者多发生在夜间，ＣＳＤ则多发生在白天；ＡＭＩ病人中有９．１％未经抢救即死亡，有５４．５％在１小时内得到医疗救护，ＣＳＤ则有５９．６％的病例未经治疗而死，２９．８％的患者在发作后一小时内得到抢救。

| Abstract: | study on the death of cotonary heart disesse(CHD)was carried out in patients over 70 from 1990 to 1992.Theresults were:1)the average mortality rate of CHD events inaged population was l.23/1000 ,and it was 1.52/1000 and0.94/1000 in mdle and female respectively.The mortalitytate in 70- age group.69/1000)was higher than that in75- age group(0.84/1000);in both groups,the main fatalcause was sudden coronary death(SCD);2)the propottionof CHD events in workers was higner than that in otherprofessional groups;3)CHD mostly occurted in winter,and acute myocatdial infarction(AMI)often happened atnight,while SCD at daytime:)the mortality rate of AMIand SCD was 9.9%and 59.60%respectively;after onset,550%AM I and 29.80%SCD wete rescued within Iho ur. |
