| 摘 要： | 目的：建立止嗽定喘丸中苦杏仁苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法,流动相为水-甲醇-乙腈（75：20：5）,检测波长为210nm。结果：止嗽定喘丸中苦杏仁苷平均回收率为99.016%,RSD为1.000%,含量为0.5233mg.g^-1,即0.0313mg.丸^-1。结论：该法操作简便、准确,可作为止嗽定喘丸中苦杏仁苷的含量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：High-performance liquid chromatography was employed for determination of amygdalin content in Zhikedingchuan Pellet.Methods：HPLC was adopted and the mobile phase was water-methanol-acetonitrile（70：25：5）.The detective wavelength was 210nm.Results：The average recovery of amygdalin in Zhikedingchuan Tablet was 99.016% with RSD of 1.000% and the content was 0.5233mg/g（0.0313mg/P）.Conclusion：Besides simplicity,the method yields accurate reproducible results and can therefore be used in the quality control of amygdalin content in Zhikedingchuan Pellet. |
