| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小儿腹泻病的住院治疗方案,提高诊疗水平。方法研究对象为2008年6月至2009年5月住院的131例小儿腹泻病患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果患儿均预后良好,但存在治疗方案不合理,如滥用抗菌药物、重复使用止泻收敛药及助消化药的问题。结论对不合理的治疗方案应及时干预,并保证患儿治疗的安全、有效、经济。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the hospital treatments of infantile diarrhea to improve the medical treatment level.Methods To perform retrospective analyse on the clinical data of 131 cases of infantile diarrhea in June 2008~May 2009.Results All children had good prognosis,but partial treatments were unreasonable,such as abuse of antibiotics,the repeated use of adstringens antidiarrheal drugs and digestant.Conclusion Measures should be taken in time to interfere in the unreasonable treatments,and the safety,utility ... |
