莫沙比利联合双歧杆菌活菌胶囊治疗慢性便秘临床观察

目的采用莫沙比利联合双歧杆菌活菌胶囊治疗慢性便秘,观察其临床疗效及复发情况。方法100例病人随机分为对照组和治疗组各50例,两组均在原发病治疗的基础上,同时给莫沙比利5mg、3次/日。治疗组在此基础上加用双岐杆菌活菌胶囊1~2粒,2次/日。结果治疗组50例,治疗有效45例、有效率90%;对照组50例,治疗有效36例,有效率72%。复发率:8周内,治疗组为26.7%,对照组为55.6%。两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论莫沙比利、双歧杆菌活菌胶囊联合治疗慢性便秘,能提高治愈率,减少复发率。

Clinical Observation of Mosapride,Bifidobacterium Capsules in the Treatment of Chronic Constipation

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and recurrence cases of mosapride,bifidobacterium capsules in the treatment of chronic constipation.Methods 100 cases of patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 50 patients each.Besides the treatment of primary disease,the patients in both groups were treated with mosapride 5 mg,3 times /day.The patients in treat-ment group were treated additionally with bifidobacterium 1 ~ 2 capsules,2 times /day.Results In 50 cases of the treatment group,45 cases were treated effectively(90%);In 50 cases of the control group,36 cases were treated effectively(72%);the control group of 50 cases,36 cases of effective treatment,efficiency 72%.Recurrence rates within 8 weeks:the treatment group was 26.7% while the control group was 55.6%.The two groups had significant difference(P <0.05)by comparison.Conclusion Mosapride combined with bifidobacterium cap-sules in the treatment of chronic constipation can improve the cure rate and reduce the recurrence rate.
