引导组织再生在即刻种植上的应用研究

摘    要:为了评价引导组织再生(GTR)技术引导种植体周骨缺隙骨再生的效果,作者选择了25例共27颗不能保留的牙齿,于拔除后即刻种植,采用PTFE(聚四氟乙烯膜)覆盖于种植体和牙槽嵴顶上,游离龈瓣严密缝合,术后6个月将PTFE取出术中和术后6个月分别测量每个种植体周骨缺隙的最大深度,计算出最大充填高度和骨充填率,且分别于术后10天,一个月,二个月,四个月和六个月拍X光片观察骨再生和种植体骨结合情况,结果表明

Abstract:The effects of the technique of guided tissue regeneration on wound healing and osseointegration of dental implant placed in immediate postextraction sockests in human were evaluated in this study. Twenty seven teeth from twenty five healthy adults hadleen extracted and the dentalimplants weve placed in residual sockets linmediately which were covered with polytetrafluoroethyiene menbranes (PTFEM) and a flap to attain primary closure. PTFEMS were taken off at the6-month reentry. The maximun depth and width of the peri-implant bony defects was measured at the time of implant place and at the 6-month reenty to caculate the maximun height and rate of bone fill. X-Radiographs were taken at the tenth day, the first month, the second month and the sixth month after implant placement to document the bone fill of peri-implant bony defects and osseointegration of implants. The results were as follows. all implants were clinically osseointegrated and there was bone regeneration in all peri-implant bony defects. PTFEM with and without early explosure during healing has important effect on effectiveness of gueded tissue regeneration in peri-implant bony deffects.Asignificant diffevencewas found in the rate of bone fill between the teams with and without PTFEM early explosure (P<0.01).
