| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨自发性食管破裂的治疗方式。方法 对 15例自发性食管破裂非手术治疗和手术治疗术中所见、手术方式进行回顾性分析。结果 15例患者中治愈 12例 ,死亡 3例 ,治愈率 80 %。结论 提高对自发性食管破裂的认识 ,减少误诊 ,尽早采用合理的手术方式修补食管裂口 ,清除胸腔污染物和脓性渗出液 ,是降低死亡的最有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effects of different way on management of spontaneous rupture of esophagus.Metheds Retrospectively review the surgical and non-surgical management of 15 patients with spontaneous rupture of esophagus.Results Of the 15 patients 12 patients survived,3 patients died, cure rate 80%.Conclusion Spontaneous rupture of esophagus is a life-threatening condition that demands early diagnosis and urgent management,definitive repair and mediastinal and/or pleural drainage procedures is the best way to deal with it. |
