依那普利治疗心绞痛

应用依那普利（５－１０ｍｇ，ｂｉｄ）治疗４０例（男性１９例，女性２１例，年龄６２±ｓ９ａ）冠心病心绞痛患者。治疗１２ｗｋ后，临床总有效率为９２％，心电图总有效率为７２％，依次明显高于丹参舒心胶囊对照组的６８％与４３％，经Ｒｉｄｉｔ分析，Ｐ均＜０．０１。依那普利尚有降低血压，改善左室收缩功能的作用，适合于心绞痛伴轻、中度高血压患者的治疗。

Efficacy of enalapril for therapy of angina pectoris

Forty patientsM 19,F21,age 62±s 9 a)of angina pectoris were treated with enalapril(5-10 mg,bid).After 12 wk,the clinical total effective rate was 92% and ECG total effective rate was 72%,both were significantly higher than Dan-Shen-Shu-Xin capsule group(68% and 43%) using Ridit analysis method(P<0.01 and P<0.01).Enalapril also has the function of decreasing blood pressure and improving left ventricular systolic function. Enalapril is especially suitable for the treatment of angina pectoris patients associated with mild to moderate hypertension.
