| 摘 要： | 本文利用合成的降钙素基因相关肽的抗原决定簇Ｔｙｒ－ＣＧＲＰ（２７～３７）制备抗ＣＧＲＰ抗血清，用Ｉｏｄｏｇｅｎ做氧化剂标记抗原，以免疫沉淀剂进行Ｂ与Ｆ分离，从而建立了降钙素基因相关肽的放免测定方法。方法灵敏度为６ｐｇ／ｍＬ，回收率６５％～８０％，批内ＣＶ７７６％，批间ＣＶ１１３８％．正常人血浆ＣＧＲＰ水平４３５７±５２８ｐｇ／ｍＬ，急性心梗患者血浆ＣＧＲＰ水平７０２４±６２３ｐｇ／ｍＬ，两者有显著差异（Ｐ＜００５）。体外循环病人手术期间血浆ＣＧＲＰ较术前有明显变化（Ｐ＜００５），术后２４小时ＣＧＲＰ较术前及术中有明显升高（Ｐ＜００５）。

| Abstract: | Synthetic antigenic determinant of calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP),tyr-CGRP(2737),was used to prepare anti-CGRP antiserum.As oxidizer,iodogen was neutralized in making labeled antigen.Immunoprecipitation reagent was adopted for separating binding phase from free phase.Then,the radioimmunoassay of CGRP was established.The sensitivity was 6pg/mL,the recovery rate was 65%80%.The intra-and inter-assay coeficients of variation(CV) were 776% and 1138%.The CGRP levels in serum of healthy groups and acute myocardial infarction patients were 4357528pg/mL and 7024623pg/mL respectively.There was significant diffrence(P<005)between two group.There was difference in the serum levels of cardiopulmonary bypass pateint between operation stage and before operation stage(P<005).Twenty four hours after operation,the serum CGRP level was significantly higher than that of operation stage and before operation stage(P<005). |
