| 摘 要： | 目的：了解樟树市从业人员乙肝表面抗原（HBsAg）携带情况和分布特点，评估相应人群感染状况，为制定预防控制措施提供依据。方法：选取24847名2007～2008年樟树市从业人员体检静脉血样，用ELISA法检测HBsAg携带情况。结果：经检测24847名从业人员中，HBsAg阳性1651人，阳性率为6．64％。其中男性阳性率为7．19％，女性阳性率为6．37％、感染以青年为主，20岁以下年龄段人群乙肝检出率最高。结论：樟树市从业人员HBsAg阳性率低于一些沿海地区平均水平。

| Abstract: | Objective：To provide the clues for formulating the measurement of type B hepatitis precaution by investigation the distribution and infection of HBsAg. Methods： Detection of HBsAg in serum of 24847 workers use ELISA. Result： In 24847 workers, HBsAg in serum of 1651 workers is positive and the positive rate is 6.64%. Among them male rate is 7.19% and female rate is 6.37%, mainly youth, the crowd of below age 20 have the highest hepatitis B detected ratio. Conclusion： The positive rate of HBsAg of worker in Zhaugshu is belower than the average data of coastal areas |
