乳酸菌阴道胶囊辅助治疗妊娠期假丝酵母菌性阴道炎36例

目的：观察乳酸菌阴道胶囊辅助治疗妊娠期假丝酵母菌性阴道炎的疗效和安全性。方法：72例妊娠期假丝酵母菌性阴道炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各36例。两组患者均予克霉唑栓1粒,第1、4天睡前阴道给药。观察组患者第5天起加用乳酸菌阴道胶囊1粒,每晚阴道给药,连用7 d。治疗后1周观察两组患者的临床疗效及药物不良反应,并随访治疗后3个月的复发率。结果：观察组临床总有效率为91.67%,明显高于对照组。对照组和观察组各出现2例和4例药物不良反应,症状均较轻。两组药物不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。对照组和观察组患者复发人数分别为10例和4例。两组患者复发率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：乳酸菌阴道胶囊辅助治疗妊娠期假丝酵母菌性阴道炎可提高疗效,安全性好,并能降低复发率。

Application of Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules as Adjunctive Therapy in the Treatment of 36 Cases of Gestational Candida Vaginitis

Objective：To observe the curative effect and security of lacidophilin vaginal capsules as adjunctive therapy to treat gestational Candida vaginitis.Methods：72 patients with gestational Candida vaginitis were selected and divided into the observation group and controlled group on the average.The patients in the two groups were given one clotrimazole suppository into vagina on the first and fourth day before going to bed.The patients in the observation group were additionally given one lacidophilin vaginal capsule into the vagina every night from the fifth day for 7 days.After one week＇ s medical treatment,the clinical curative effect and adverse drug reaction（ADR） of patients in the two groups were observed,and the reoccurrence rates after 3 months＇ medical treatment were followed up as well.Results：The total clinical efficiency of the patients in the observation group was 91.67%,which was much higher than that in the controlled group. 2 and 4 cases of ADR appeared in the controlled group and observation group respectively with some light symptom.After comparing the ADR occurrence rates in the two groups,no statistical differences appeared（P 0.05）.10 and 4 reoccurrence cases appeared in the controlled group and observation group respectively.After comparing the reoccurrence rates of the patients in the two groups,statistical differences appeared（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Lacidophilin vaginal capsules as adjunctive therapy to treat gestational Candida vaginitis could enhance the curative effect with high security,and reduce the reoccurrence rate as well.
