某三甲医院住院患者抗深部真菌感染药利用调查

目的：了解某三甲医院2010~2012年住院患者抗深部真菌感染药的用量趋势及抗菌药专项整治活动的效果。方法：利用该院药品管理系统,检索2010~2012年住院患者使用抗深部真菌感染药的出库数据,采用用药金额排序法、用药频度排序法统计分析药物利用趋势。结果：2010~2012年抗深部真菌感染药总用药金额逐年增加,但年增长率由53.3%降至2.2%,累计DDDs年增长率则由68.6%变为-11.8%,用药金额和累计DDDs的减少以口服制剂为主。结论：抗菌药专项整治活动中,该院在保证治疗性用药充足的情况下合理控制了抗深部真菌感染药用药量快速增长的趋势。

Study of Drug Utilization of Anti fungal Agents to Invasive Fungal Infection of Inpatients in Our Hospital

Objective：to investigate the developing trend of anti-fungal agents to invasive fungal infection used in one hospital during 2010-2012 and the effects of National Rectification of Antimicrobial Drugs.Methods：The pharmacy management system was used to search anti-fungal agents to invasive fungal infection used from 2010 to 2012.The data were analyzed according to the parameters of consumption sum rankings and defined daily doses rankings.Results：The total consumption of anti-fungal agents to invasive fungal infection during 2010-2012 increased yearly,but the rising rate declined from 53.3%to 2.2%and total DDDs declined from 68.6%to-11.8%.The declines of the total consumption sum and DDDs were mainly caused by oral drug preparation.Conclusion：The hospital controlled the increasing rate of anti-fungal agents to invasive fungal infection on the basis of ensuring therapeutic drug.
