一种双链季铵盐消毒液对多重耐药菌消毒效果的评价

目的观察一种双链季铵盐消毒液对多重耐药菌的消毒效果,为其临床应用提供依据。方法用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对某双链季铵盐消毒液杀灭三种多重耐药菌的效果进行实验研究。结果该双链季铵盐主要成分双癸基二甲基溴化铵,其原液活性物含量为170 g/L。以其浓度为3 400 mg/L该双链季铵盐消毒液对悬液内耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌、泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌作用1 min,杀灭率均达100.00%。以该消毒液对物体表面擦拭消毒1 min,使物体表面自然菌数达到≤8 cfu/cm2,平均杀灭对数值>1.0。结论该双链季铵盐消毒液对多重耐药菌杀灭效果较好,可用于物体表面卫生消毒。

EVALUATION ON DISINFECTION EFFICACY OF DOUBLE-CHAIN QUATERNARY AMMONIUM SALT TO MULTI-DRUG RESISTANT BACTERIA

Objective To evaluate the bactericidal efficacy of double-chain quaternary ammonium salt to multi-drug resistant bacterial strains,in order to provide the basis for its clinical application.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test of Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,Pan-drug resistant Acinetobacter,pan-drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa and surface disinfection tests were carried out in the laboratory.Results The bacterial suspension of methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA),Pan-resistant Acinetobacter,and Pan-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa was exposed to the disinfectant of double chain quaternary ammonium for 1 min,and the killing rate were all 100%.After scrubbing the disinfection on the object surface for 1 min,the natural bacteria on surface was below 8 cfu / cm2,the average logarithm reduction value was above 1.00.Conclusion The double-chain quaternary ammonium salt has good germicidal effect to multi-drug resistant bacteria,and it can be used for the disinfection of material surface.
