季铵盐与乌洛托品复配消毒液性能研究

目的研究季铵盐与乌洛托品复配消毒液的性能,为科学生产及使用提供参考资料。方法通过理化性能检测和悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对该制剂单复方进行了杀菌效果比较和含量分析。结果不添加乌洛托品的季铵盐产品,作用2 min对大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌的平均杀灭对数值大于5.0;在季铵盐中添加乌洛托品后,各消毒液对大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭效果没有明显变化。结论乌洛托品添加到季铵盐中不能增强季铵盐杀灭大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌的效果。

STUDY ON PROPERTY OF DISINFECTANT INCLUDING QUATERNARY AMMONIUM AND UROTROPINE

Objective To study the property of disinfectant including quaternary ammonium and urotropine so as to provide reference to develop and use the disinfectant scientifically.Methods The physical and chemical properties testing and the suspension quantitative germicidal test were used to compare the bactericidal effect and to analyze content of quaternary ammonium formulations.Results The average killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to the quaternary ammonium disinfectant for 2 min was > 5.00.Adding urotropine to these quaternary ammoniums did not change the germicidal efficacy.Conclusion Adding urotropine can not enhance the quaternary ammonium disinfectant's germicidal performance for Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
