公共用品集中清洗消毒现状调查

目的了解公共用品集中消毒机构运行情况和清洗消毒操作流程,为卫生监督工作提供科学依据。方法采用现场调查和随机抽样检验方法,对南宁市公共用品集中消毒机构及其质量状况进行调查。结果南宁市公共用品集中消毒机构的清洗消毒流程操作不规范,存在危害因素;对物品的清洗消毒及其操作流程关键环节存在问题,其质量合格率范围为67.6%～85.2%。消毒后的公共用品上细菌总数超标率范围在2.4%～13.1%;只有2份被套和床单上检出大肠菌群,平均阳性率仅为0.2%。结论南宁市公共用品集中消毒机构存在管理缺位和操作不规范现象,但处理后公共用品卫生质量较好。

INVESTIGATION ON THE STATUS OF CONCENTRATED CLEANING AND DISINFECTION FOR PUBLIC OBJECTS

Objective To know the operation of public objects concentrated disinfection service organizations and cleaning disinfection procedures,so as to provide the scientific basis for hygiene supervision.Methods On site investigation and the random sampling inspection method were used to investigate the public objects concentrated disinfection service organizations and its quality in Nanning.Results The procedure operation of concentrated cleaning and disinfection of Nanning public objects disinfection service organizations was not with standard and the risk factors existed.Problems were found in the cleaning disinfection of public objects and its operation process key link,the qualified rate was in the range of 67.6% ～ 85.2%.After disinfection,the total bacteria on public objects exceeded the standard rate in the range of 2.4% ～ 13.1%.The coliform bacteria were detected in only 2 copies of quilt and sheets and the average positive rate was only 0.2%.Conclusion Nanning public objects concentrated disinfection service organizations have problems of management,but after treatment the hygienic quality of public objects is better.
