摘 要: | 目的了解医院住院患者医院获得感染和社区获得感染现状,为制定医院感染的预防控制措施提供依据。方法采用现患率调查的方法,对某医院2012年9月18日所有住院患者医院感染情况进行监测。结果当日实查住院患者1 339例,发生医院获得感染52例、62例次,医院感染现患率3.88%、例次现患率4.63%;发生社区获得感染281例、293例次,社区感染现患率20.99%、例次现患率21.88%。医院感染现患率较高的有神经外科、肾内科等科室,社区感染现患率较高的有呼吸内科、儿科等科室。感染部位均以下呼吸道为主,病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主;调查日抗菌药物使用率43.32%。结论该医院住院患者医院内感染现患率较高,特别要加强重点部位的医院感染管理。

Abstract: | Objective To know the prevalence rate of nosocomial and community-acquired infection in hospitalized patients,so as to offer evidences for the precautionary measures against nosocomial infection.Methods The prevalence rate of infection in patients who admitted into hospital on Sep.18,2012 was monitored through the prevalence rate survey.Results Of 1339 actual investigation patients,52 inpatients suffered from nosocomial infection on 62 cases.The prevalence rate and the cases prevalence rate of nosocomial infections was 3.88% and 4.63% respectively.There were 281 inpatients and 293 cases with community-acquired infections,and the prevalence rate and the cases prevalence rate of community acquired infections was 20.99% and 21.88% respectively.A higher prevalence rates of nosocomial infection emerged in neurosurgery and nephropathy medicine ward,while a higher prevalence rate of community-acquired infection appeared in respiratory medicine and pediatric ward.As for the infection sites,the lower respiratory tract is the most common infection site in nosocomial infected patients as well as in community-acquired infected people,and the main pathogen was Gram negative bacteria.The average usage rate of antibacterial agents is about 43.32% on the survey day.Conclusion The prevalence rate of nosocomial infections was high in this hospital,and we should strengthen the key parts of hospital infection management. |
