| 摘 要： | 目的：分析总结我院药品不良反应（ADR）的发生特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：采用回顾性分析方法,对我院2012年度上报的163例ADR报告进行分析。结果：163例不良反应共涉及药品12类104种,其中60岁以上人群ADR构成比38.04%;静脉给药ADR构成比66.92%;抗感染药ADR构成比25.00%;皮肤及其附件系统损害ADR构成比39.26%。结论：应进一步加强ADR的监测工作,并逐步提高ADR报告的质量,避免和减少ADR的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective：To analyze and summarize the distribution and features of the adverse drug reactions in our hospital to reduce the incidence and provide references for the clinical use of drugs.Methods：A retrospective analysis of 163 cases of adverse drug reactions was made in 2012.Results：104 kinds of 12 categories of drugs were suspected in the 163 cases,the incidence of which over the age of 60 accounted for 38.04%.66.92%belonged to intravenous drug, 39.26%were the lesion of skin and its appendages and 25%of the 163 cases were anti-infective agents.Conclusion：The monitoring of ADR must be strengthened to decrease the percentage of failing to report,improve the quality of ADR reports gradually,avoid and reduce the occurrence of ADR,improve the standardization of the drug use,and provide the reference for rational drug use. |
