骨髓基质细胞/藻酸盐凝胶复合修复骨缺损的研究

摘    要:目的 探讨骨髓基质细胞(BMSCS)复合藻酸盐凝胶修复骨缺损的效果。方法 将体外培养的骨髓基质细胞与藻酸盐凝胶复合,实验组、对照组和空白组分别经皮注射BMSCS/藻酸盐凝胶复合物、BMSCS悬液和生理盐水,比较3者修复骨缺损的疗效。结果实验组术后12周时全部骨愈合,对照组有2例未愈合,空白组无1例愈合。结论 BMSCS/藻酸盐凝胶复合物有明显促进骨缺损修复的作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy of alginate hydrogel bone marrow stromel cells (BMSCS) composite in repairing bony defects.Methods BMSCS cultured in vitro were mixed with calcium gluconate.The mixture was injected into the bone defects as experimental group and the single BMSCS were injected as control group.Results All specimens had complete bone union at 12th week in experimental group,while there were two cases of bone non -union in the control group.Conclusion The composite can effectively promote the healing of bone defects.
