| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 43例患者随机分为治疗组 (2 3例 )和对照组 (2 0例 )。对照组常规应用二硝酸异山梨醇 (消心痛 )、阿司匹林。治疗组在此基础上加用低分子肝素。结果 治疗组总有效率 95 .5 % ,对照组总有效率 80 .0 %。组间比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 低分子肝素是治疗不稳定型心绞痛的有效药物

| Abstract: | Objective To research the clinical effect of low molecular weight heprin on unstable angina pectosis Methods Forty three cases were randomly divided into the treatment group(23)and the control group(20) In the control group, isosorbide dinitrate, aspirin were used for routine treatment, while in the treatment group low molecular weight heprin was used besides those above Results The total effect rate were 95.5% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group There were great differences between the two group( P <0.05) Conclusion Low molecular weight heprin was an effective drug on the treatment of unstable angina pectosis |
