| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨复方甘草酸酐注射液（美能）对慢性乙型肝炎患者T细胞亚群及白细胞介素IL-6、IL-8的影响。方法：对56例慢性乙型肝炎患者，静脉点滴美能注射液60-80ml，治疗前后分别检测肝功能、T细胞亚群、IL-6及IL-8。结果：对照组ALT复常率为72．8％，治疗组ALT复常率为95．7％，明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。T细胞亚群检测显示治疗组经治疗后，CD4^＋、CD4^＋／CD8^＋明显升高（P〈0．01），CD8^＋明显下降（P〈0．05）。治疗组经治疗后，IL-6及IL-8明显下降（P〈0．01）。结论：美能注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎，不仅能改善T细胞功能，而且也能调节细胞因子。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the influence of glycyrrhizin to T-lymphocyte-subsetes,IL-6 and IL-8 in the patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods: 56 cases of the hepatitis B were treated with glycyrrhizin. T-lymphocyte-subsetes,IL-6 and IL-8 were diterminded before and after the treatment. Results: The recovery rate of ALT was 95.7% in the study group, it was significantly higher than which in normal controls(P<0.05).CD4+,the ration of CD4+/CD8+ rose obviously(P<0.01) and CD8+ descended obviously(P<0.05) in the study group. There was no change in normal control group (P>0.05). The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 descended obviously in the study group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The results indicated that glycyrrhizin could improve both the immunologic function and interleukin in the patients with chronic hepatitis B. |
