小儿腹股沟斜疝腹腔镜与开放手术的对比研究

目的 探讨小儿腹股沟斜疝腹腔镜手术的临床应用价值.方法 完成微型腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟斜疝结扎术82例,同期行开放手术的小儿腹股沟斜疝88例,将其临床资料进行对比分析.结果 对两组间的手术时间、术中出血、术后并发症（阴囊血肿、感染等）、住院天数及住院费用等进行统计分析,显示两组间差异均有显著性（P＜0.05）.随访2年显示腹腔镜组出现线结反应1例,无疝复发.对照组复发3例.两组差异无显著意义（P＞0.05）.结论 该研究显示小儿腹股沟斜疝腹腔镜手术具有微创特点,优于传统手术,可广泛推广应用.

Clinical study of the laparoscopic and traditional operation for children''''s indirect inguinal hernia

[Objective] To explore the clinical value of the laparoscopic operation for children's indirect inguinal hernia. [Methods] 82 children with indirect inguinal hernia were performed laparoscopic operation, 88 cases were done with traditional operation at the same time. Their clinical data was summarized, contrasted and analyzed respectively. [Results] There were statistically significant differences in the operative time, bleeding volume, peri-operative complications, hospitalize stay and cost between the laparoscopic group and the traditional group (P <0.05). Follow-up showed that there was a case with switch response and no hernia red recurrence in the laparoscopic group and there were 3 cases with hernia red recurrence in the traditional group. [Conclusion] The study showed the laparoscopic operation for children's indirect inguinal hernia has been proved to be more effective and minimal invasive than traditional method and deserves to be popularized widely.
