Clinical Application of Complete Thoracoscopy in Radical Resection of Lung Cancer

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of patients undergoing complete thoracoscopy radical surgery for lung cancer.Methods From January 2014 to October 2019,patients admitted to our hospital who underwent radical thoracoscopy for lung cancer in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and study group,with each 62 cases in thoracoscopy and in open surgery.Observation of the treatment effect of the two groups was recorded.Results All patients underwent operations successfully,no serious complications occurred during the study time,and no mortality.The efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group.The incision length,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage volume,postoperative extubation time,length of hospital stay,and complications were better than the control group(P<0.05),while the operation time,number of lymph dissections were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Radical resection under complete thoracoscopy for lung cancer is more beneficial as less trauma,less intraoperative blood loss,faster postoperative recovery,and fewer complications.The effect is obvious.
