基于情绪智力培养的体验式教学在护理心理学中的应用

摘    要:目的探究基于情绪智力培养的体验式教学在护理心理学教学中的应用效果。方法采取整群随机抽样的方法将206名护理高职生分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用传统教学法,实验组在此基础上采用基于情绪智力培养的体验式教学法,通过问卷调查、理论实践考核等方法比较两组干预前后的效果。结果干预前两组情绪智力得分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),干预后两组得分差异有统计学意义,实验组明显高于对照组(P <0.05);实验组理论成绩、实践成绩及教学满意度明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论体验式教学模式有助于培养护理高职生的情绪智力,改善教学质量,提高教学满意度。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of experiential teaching based on the cultivation of emotional intelligence in the teaching of nursing psychology.Methods A group random sampling method was used to divide 206 vocational nursing students into a control group and an experimental group.The control group used traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group based on the experience-based teaching method based on emotional intelligence training.The effects of the two groups before and after intervention were compared by means of questionnaire survey and theoretical practice examination.Results There was no statistically significant difference in scores of emotional intelligence between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05),but there was a significant difference in scores between the two groups after the intervention,with the experimental group significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The theoretical results,practical results and teaching satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The experiential teaching model is helpful to cultivate the emotional intelligence of nursing students,improve the quality of teaching,and increase teaching satisfaction.
