| 摘 要： | 目的羟乙基淀粉联合阿托伐他汀治疗分水岭脑梗死(cerebral watershed infarction,CWI)的临床疗效观察。方法纳入医院于2018年1—12月间收治的94例分水岭脑梗死患者,采用随机数字表法将其划分为观察组与对照组各47例,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合羟乙基淀粉治疗,对照组采用常规治疗+阿托伐他汀治疗,评价两组患者疗效与神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率与治疗后3周ADL评分高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗后3周观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,P<0.05。结论CWI患者应用羟乙基淀粉联合阿托伐他汀治疗效果乐观,可有效改善患者神经功能缺损表现,提高日常生活活动能力。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy of hydroxyethl starch plus atorvastatin on treating CWI(cerebral watershed infarction).Methods 94 CWI patients(January to December 2018)were selected and randomly assigned to two groups,47 cases in each group.The control group took the routine therapy and atorvastatin;on the basis of the former,the observation group took hydroxyethl starch.Curative effects,national institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS)and activity of daily living(ADL)scores were appraised.Results The overall response rate and ADL scores after 3w of treatment in the observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05);after 3w of treatment,NIHSS scores in the observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hydroxyethl starch combined with atorvastatin can efficiently relieve the neurologic impairment and increase the activity of daily living. |
