PBL教学模式在脊柱外科护理教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨脊柱外科护理教学中采用PBL(problem-based learning)和LBL(lecture-based learning)教学模式的运用效果,研究适合脊柱外科护理的教学模式。方法选取本院2017年和2018年度脊柱外科60名实习护士为研究对象,按双盲信封法分为PBL组、LBL组和LBL+PBL组各20名,对三个组实习护理生的职业认同感、主动学习性、师生的互动性、自学能力、团队协作精神、应变能力、护患的互动性自信心、教学满意度等方面的主观成绩和操作技能、理论知识与综合成绩等实习生的客观成绩进行比较。结果LBL+PBL组实习护理生的教学满意度、应变能力、自信心、理论知识、师生的互动性、综合成绩明显高于PBL组和LBL组(P<0.05);PBL组和LBL+PBL组在职业认同感、学习主动性、护患互动性、团队精神、操作技能、自学能力明显好于LBL组(P<0.05)。结论在临床教学中的应用PBL教学法可以提高护理实习生的学习兴趣,培养职业素养,团队合作精神和实践能力得到提升。在和LBL相结合运用后,可提高实习护理生的教学质量和整体素质,有机结合学科理论与临床上的实践,教学效果显著。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of using PBL(problem-based learning)and LBL(lecture-based learning)teaching modes in spinal surgery nursing teaching,and to study teaching modes suitable for spinal surgery nursing.Methods A total of 60 practice nurses in spinal surgery department of our hospital in 2017 and 2018 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into PBL group,LBL group and LBL+PBL group by double-blind letter sealing method,20 of which were respectively.Born to three groups practice nursing professional identity,interactive,active learning,teachers and students,self-learning ability,team spirit,strain capacity,interaction confidence,teaching satisfaction of nurses and patients of subjective performance and operation skills,theoretical knowledge and comprehensive performance of intern objective result comparison.Results LBL+PBL group practice nursing teaching satisfaction,strain capacity,self-confidence,and the theory of knowledge,teachers and students interactivity,comprehensive performance is obvious higher than that of PBL group and LBL group(P<0.05);The PBL group and LBL+PBL group were significantly better than the LBL group in occupational identity,learning initiative,nursepatient interaction,teamwork,operational skills and selflearning ability(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the PBL teaching method in clinical teaching can improve the learning interest of nursing interns,cultivate professional literacy,and improve teamwork spirit and practical ability.Combined with LBL,it can improve the teaching quality and overall quality of internship nursing students,and organically combine subject theory with clinical practice.
