病情推演式教学在妇产科规范化培训临床教学中的应用

摘    要:目的分析病情推演式教学在妇产科规范化培训临床教学中的应用效果。方法采用随机数表法将我院2018年12月—2019年12月在我院妇产科进行规范化培训的研究生及本科毕业生30名分为对照组15名,观察组15名。对照组采用常规教学模式,观察组采用病情推演式教学,两组学员均进行为期12个月的规范化培训学习。观察对比两组学员理论、实践水平得分及能力水平。结果经过规范化培训后,相比对照组,观察组学员各项能力水平均较高,且观察组学员理论和实践技能总得分以及单项得分均高于对照组应届毕业生,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论病情推演式教学用于妇产科规范化培训中能够充分调动学员学习积极性,提高学员之间的团队协作能力,加强学员间沟通交流能力,提高临床实践能力及独立解决问题能力。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of conditional deduction teaching in clinical teaching of standardized training in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods Random number table method was used to divide 30 graduate students and undergraduate graduates who received standardized training in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 in our hospital’s obstetrics and gynecology department into control group(n=15)and observation group(n=15).The control group adopted the conventional teaching mode,and the observation group adopted the condition deduction teaching method.The trainees in both groups underwent 12 months of standardized training and learning.Observe and compare the theoretical and practical scores and ability levels of the two groups of students.Results After standardized training,compared with the control group,the students in the observation group had higher levels of abilities,and the total scores of the theoretical and practical skills and individual scores of the students in the observation group were higher than those of the graduates in the control group.The difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The conditional deduction teaching used in the standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology can fully arouse the enthusiasm of the students to learn,improve the team collaboration ability among the students,strengthen the communication and communication ability between the students,improve the clinical practice ability and independent problem solving ability.
