人性化护理在卵巢癌围手术期的作用分析

目的为探究人性化护理在卵巢癌围手术期中的作用分析。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月在医院进行早期卵巢癌手术的88例患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组各44例,对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用人性化护理,对比两组患者在应用不用护理干预后的手术结果以及不良并发症的发生情况。结果研究组的手术时间、下床活动时间、住院天数均短于对照组(P<0.05),手术出血量低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良并发症的发生例数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在早期卵巢癌围术期护理中,应用人性化护理效果良好。不良并发症也较少,有利于提高患者术后的生活质量。

Analysis of the Role of Humanized Nursing in Perioperative Period of Ovarian Cancer

Objective To explore the role of humanized nursing in the perioperative period of ovarian cancer.Methods Eighty-eight patients who underwent early ovarian cancer surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a study group and a control group,each with 44 cases.Nursing,the surgical results and the occurrence of adverse complications were compared between the two groups after the application of no nursing intervention.Results The operation time,the time of getting out of bed,and the length of stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the amount of surgical bleeding was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The number of adverse complications was lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative nursing of early ovarian cancer,the application of humanized nursing is effective.There are also fewer adverse complications,which is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients after surgery.
