Observation on the Effect of Orthopaedic Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients With Spinal and Spinal Cord Injury After Operation

Objective To investigate the effect of orthopedic rehabilitation nursing in patients with spinal and spinal cord injury.Methods From November 2016 to November 2019,there were 144 patients with spinal cord injury,72 patients in observation group and control group.Orthopaedic rehabilitation nursing in observation group and routine nursing in control group.Comparison and analysis of emotional changes,spinal cord function score,nursing satisfaction.Results 70 cases(97.22%)of total nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than 56 cases(77.78%)in the control group;the scores of spinal cord function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of postoperative orthopedic rehabilitation nursing in patients with spinal and spinal cord injury can achieve excellent nursing effect,improve negative psychological mood,spinal cord function,improve daily life and motor function of patients,safe and effective,and have clinical application value.
