Discussion on the Cultivation of Robot Surgical Technique of Young Gastrointestinal Surgeons

At present,robot has been widely used in the field of gastrointestinal surgery,because the robot surgery is basically operated by the chief surgeon alone,with less operation for the assistant.Therefore,how to make young doctors master the robotic surgery skill has been becoming a hot issue in clinical teaching of gastrointestinal surgery.This paper summarizes the experience of robotic gastrointestinal tumor surgery in our department and the methods have been reported to improve the efficiency of robotic surgery in the literature,and discusses how to improve the ability of young gastrointestinal surgeons for robotic gastrointestinal surgery.In short,proficient laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery skills,complete the learning curve of about 25 cases of robotic colorectal cancer radical surgery is the basis of proficient in robotic gastrointestinal surgery,and simulation training through the robotic simulation surgery system is helpful to improve the efficiency of the operation before the surgery.
