雨课堂教学模式在全科医学理论课教学中的应用研究

摘    要:目的探讨雨课堂教学模式在全科医学理论课教学中的应用。方法选取医院2015级本科临床医学专业2个班共60人,采用整群抽样方法随机抽取观察组30人和对照组30人,观察组在传统教学的基础上应用“雨课堂”进行课前、课中、课后“三段式导学”;其过程包括课前导学、课中实践、课后复习三环节。对照组应用传统教学方法,理论课采用多媒体以教师讲授方式为主,并布置课前相关预习内容,课后相关复习内容及思考题。运用SPSS软件对两组理论成绩和教学满意度进行统计学分析,调查教师的评价及观察组学生对雨课堂教学模式的评价。结果观察组学生的理论考核成绩,教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教师对观察组学生的评价好于对照组。观察组学生对雨课堂教学模式有较好评价。结论雨课堂教学模式可提高全科医学理论课教学效果,成为一种全新的教学模式。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of rain classroom teaching mode in the theory of general medical course.Methods A total of 60 students from two classes of 2015 undergraduate major in clinical medicine were randomly selected by cluster sampling method,in the observation group,there were 30 students,and 30 students in the control group were selected.On the base of traditional teaching the observation group were used for pre class in class and after class“three-stage learning guidance”:the process included pre class learning guidance,in class practice and after class review.In the control group,traditional teaching methods were used.In the theory class,multimedia was used for the main teaching method,and related preview contents were arranged,After class related review contents and thinking questions.Using the SPSS comparison,the paper makes a statistical analysis of the theoretical results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups and investigates the evaluation of teachers and the evaluation of students in the observation group on the rain classroom teaching mode.Results In the observation group,the score of theoretical assessment and the degree of teaching fullness were higher than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teachers'evaluation of the observation group was better than that of the control group.The observation group has a good evaluation of the rain classroom teaching mode.Conclusion The rain classroom can improve the teaching effect of general medical theory course,become a new teaching mode.
