对分课堂联合微信互动课堂在教学中的应用

摘    要:目的研究在心内科理论教学中采取基于微课的微信互动课堂联合对分课堂的价值。方法于2019年6—12月纳入68名大四本科生,在心内科教学方面开展研究。依据抛硬币的方式随机选出34名予以传统模式实施理论教学(研究1组),另外34名选择基于微课的微信互动课堂与对分课堂结合教学模式(研究2组),对两组大四本科生教学后学生综合能力评分进行评估并调查学生对教学的满意情况。结果研究2组理论知识、实践操作及病例分析考核得分均优于研究1组;研究2组学生对于教学情况满意度高于研究1组(P<0.05)。结论在心内科理论教学中,基于微课的微信互动课堂与对分课堂结合教学模式的实施可显著提升学生综合能力,有利于其学习兴趣及临床思维提高,促进教学满意情况提升。

Abstract:Objective To study the value of WeChat interactive classroom based on WeChat in the theoretical teaching of Cardiology.Methods From June to December 2019,68 senior undergraduates were enrolled to carry out research in the teaching of cardiology.According to the way of coin tossing,34 students were randomly selected to carry out the traditional mode of theoretical teaching(study group 1).The other 34 students chose the mode of WeChat interactive classroom based on WeChat and split classroom(study group 2).After teaching,students’comprehensive ability scores were evaluated and students’satisfaction with teaching was investigated.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,practical operation and case analysis in the study group 2 were better than those in the study group 1,and the students’satisfaction of teaching in the study group 2 was higher than that in the study group 1(P<0.05).Conclusion In the theoretical teaching of cardiology,the combination of We Chat interactive classroom and divided classroom based on WeChat can significantly improve students’comprehensive ability,interest in learning and clinical thinking,and promote the improvement of teaching satisfaction.
