罗哌卡因浸润麻醉对剖宫产术后宫缩痛的影响

目的探讨罗哌卡因逐层浸润麻醉对剖宫产术后宫缩痛的影响。方法选择2018年3月—2019年10月医院收治的剖宫产患者患者80例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组使用患者自控静脉镇痛,观察组则在术中使用稀释浓度为0.33%的罗哌卡因,逐层浸润麻醉,比较不同时间点宫缩痛NRS评分变化情况;比较两组术后恢复情况;统计两组发生的并发症。结果观察组术后12 h、术后24 h及术后48 h,宫缩痛NRS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组产后出血少于对照组(P<0.05),下床活动时间早于对照组(P<0.05),肛门排气时间早于对照组(P<0.05),观察组发生产后宫缩乏力、切口感染及术后皮肤瘙痒的总比例显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对剖宫产患者,使用罗哌卡因逐层浸润麻醉,能有效的抑制宫缩痛,促进术后恢复,且并发症少,安全性高。

Effect of Ropivacaine Anesthesia on Contraction Pain After Cesarean Section

Objective To investigate the effect of ropivacaine on uterine contraction pain after cesarean section.Methods 80 caesarean section patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to October 2019 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two group,40 cases each.The control group was given patient-controlled intravenous analgesia,while the observation group was given ropivacaine with a dilution concentration of 0.33%during the operation.Infiltration anesthesia was performed layer by layer,and NRS score changes of uterine contraction pain at different time points were compared.The postoperative recovery of the two groups were compared.The complications occurred in the two groups were counted.Results The NRS score of uterine contraction pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05),ambulation time was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05),anal exhaust time was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the total proportion of postpartum uterine contraction fatigue,incision infection and postoperative skin pruritus in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For cesarean section patients,ropivacaine can effectively inhibit uterine contraction pain and promote postoperative recovery,with fewer complications and high safety.
