研究优质护理服务在宫腔镜检查中的应用

目的观察分析优质护理服务在宫腔镜检查中的应用效果。方法 2018年4月-2019年7月,抽取医院妇科收治的180例宫腔镜检查患者展开研究,基于双色球分组法将180例患者分为试验组(检查期间实施优质护理服务)和对照组(检查期间实施常规护理服务),每组均为90例。采用统计学分析两组接受宫腔镜检查患者的焦虑发生率、疼痛程度(0级、1级、2级、3级)、护理满意度(满意、基本满意、不满意)。结果试验组接受宫腔镜检查患者的焦虑发生率明显低于对照组(P <0.05),试验组接受宫腔镜检查患者的1级疼痛发生率明显高于对照组(P <0.05),试验组接受宫腔镜检查患者的2级、3级疼痛发生率明显低于对照组(P <0.05),试验组的满意度77.8%明显高于对照组53.3%(P <0.05),试验组不满意度为0明显低于对照组30.0%(P <0.05)。结论优质护理服务在宫腔镜检查中的应用效果显著。

To Study the Application of Quality Nursing Service in Hysteroscopy

Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing services in hysteroscopy.Methods From April 2018 to July 2019,180 cases of hysteroscopy patients admitted to the department of gynecology of the hospital were selected for research.Based on the two-color ball grouping method,180 patients were divided into experimental group(high-quality nursing service during the examination)and control group(routine nursing service during the examination),with 90 cases in each group.Statistical analysis was used to analyze the incidence of anxiety,pain degree(grade 0,1,2,3),and nursing satisfaction(satisfied,basically satisfied,dissatisfied)of the two groups of patients undergoing hysteroscopy.Results The incidence of anxiety in patients undergoing hysteroscopy in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of grade 1 pain in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of grade 2 and grade 3 pain in the experimental group undergoing hysteroscopy was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group’s satisfaction with 77.8%was significantly higher than the control group’s 53.3%,(P<0.05),the dissatisfaction of 0 in the experimental group was significantly lower than 30.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of high-quality nursing service in hysteroscopy is significant.
