线上教学在消化内科实习生培训中的应用

目的研究医学生在消化内科实习培训中,与传统面授式PBL教学模式进行对比,线上PBL教学方法在消化内科教中的可行性及优势性。方法入选2019年12月-2020年3月在我院消化内科参加实习培训的实习生30名,与2019年8-11月采用传统PBL现场教学进行实习培训的30名医学实习生进行考核对比,考核内容包括调查问卷及考试。结果研究发现实习医学生对线上PBL教学接受程度高,且线上PBL教学模式能够达到消化内科实习生的教学目的,同时可以培养实习生的自主学习能力,提高分析及解决问题的能力。结论线上PBL教学模式可以作为消化内科实习生培训的有效方法,值得应用。

Application of Online Teaching for Interns in Gastroenterology Department

Objective In order to explore the feasibility and dominance of the problem-based learning(PBL)online teaching method for gastroenterology medical interns,compared with the face-to-face PBL teaching mode.Methods The observation group included 30 gastroenterology interns during the period from December 2019 to March 2020 adopted the online PBL teaching mode.The control group included 30 interns received traditional training during the period from August to November 2019.Then,the results of the questionnaire and the test results between the two groups were compared.Results Interns adopted online PBL teaching method showed high acceptance to the teaching.Besides,the online PBL teaching mode improved the interns’selflearning ability,as well as cultivating the abilities of analyzing and solving problems.Conclusion Online PBL teaching mode can be used as an effective method to train interns in gastroenterology and is worthy of application.
