在线互动教学法在临床医学教学中的应用

摘    要:目的研究在线互动对临床医学教学效果的促进作用,探索一种辅助教学法。方法首先设计消化科常见疾病的接诊程序图。再随机选择40名住院规范化培训医师,分为试验组和对照组,均按照《住院医师规范化培训手册》管理;试验组医师进行在线互动管理,即按照预先设计的接诊程序图进行在线讨论、讲授、强化记忆等;三个月后进行住培医师综合评价、病例考核和临床技能考核,比较试验组和对照组有无统计学差异。结果接诊程序图能够帮助学生快速掌握疾病要点。试验组在教学效果评价、病例考核和临床技能考核三方面较对照组都有不同程度的提高。结论在线互动教学法对临床医学教学活动有辅助增效的作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the promoting effect of online interaction on clinical medicine teaching and explore an auxiliary teaching method.Methods The treatment flow diagram of the common diseases in digestive department was designed.Then 40 resident standardized training physicians were randomly selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group,all of which were managed according to the"resident standardized training manual".In the experimental group,the physicians conducted online interactive management which include online discussion,teaching and memory strengthening according to the predesigned treatment flow diagram.After 3 months,the comprehensive evaluation(case assessment and clinical skill assessment of resident and trainee physicians)were conducted to compare whether there were statistical differences between the two groups.Results The treatment flow diagram can help students grasp the main points of disease quickly.Compared with the control group,the experimental group had different degrees of improvement in teaching effect evaluation,case assessment and clinical skill assessment.Conclusion The online interactive teaching method is helpful to clinical medicine teaching activities.
