图片及微视频在烧伤科临床教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨图片及微视频辅助教学查房在烧伤科临床教学中的应用价值。方法选取2018年9月—2019年6月在我院烧伤病房见习的学生,随机分为两组,每组60人,研究组采用图片及微视频辅助教学查房的方法,对照组采用传统教学查房的方法。比较两组的教学效果及对教学方法的满意度的差异。结果文字叙述理论题研究组成绩和对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);病例图片考核题研究组成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),满意度调查研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论图片及微视频辅助教学在烧伤科临床教学中应用效果较好,有助于学生对临床知识的理解及应用。

Abstract:Objective To observe and analyze the application value of picture and micro-video in clinical teaching of burn surgery.Methods 120 clinical medical interns who practiced in our hospital from September 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects and were divided into experimental group(picture and micro-video assisted teaching rounds)and control group(traditional teaching rounds)randomly.The teaching effects of two clinical interns and their satisfaction with teaching methods were compared.Results There were no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in scores of the theory examination(P>0.05).The scores of study group were higher than those of control group in the case picture examination(P<0.05).The satisfaction of teaching methods of the clinical interns in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of picture and micro-video can effectively improve the clinical teaching effect in burn surgery,which help students to understand and use of clinical knowledge.
