Application of SBAR Communication Mode in Medical Communication of Urology

Objectives To explore the application value of SBAR communication mode in urology medical communication.Methods From July 2018 to June 2019,206 patients who received urology treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=103)and observation group(n=103).The 10 nurses in charge of the nursing of 103 patients in the control group did not use SBAR communication mode in their work,while the 10 nurses in charge of nursing care of 103 patients in the observation group communicated with doctors according to the requirements of SBAR communication mode,and compared the effects of the two communication modes on clinical work.Results For the scope of responsibility of nurses in the observation group,the proportion of priority treatment and the proportion of doctors adopting nurses'suggestions were significantly higher than the control group,and the incidence of medical disputes in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than the control group,and the doctor's satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In urology,the use of SBAR communication mode in medical and nursing communication is more helpful to improve the ability of nurses to think and deal with problems independently within the scope of their ability,and to make rapid and accurate judgment and place in time.So that the patients can be treated to a maximum extent,the quality of the clinical nursing is comprehensively improved,and the clinical nursing quality is worthy of further popularization and application.
