病理学技术资源在科研和实验教学方面的实践与体会

摘    要:为了让医学生与科研工作者在学习与应用相关病理学技术进行科研方面少走弯路,提高其工作质量与效率。以学校病理诊断中心提供的科研实验平台为依托,从技术员日常开展的工作及发表的论文成果转化为研究生实验教学内容、中心仪器设备及场所为实验教学过程提供资源、借助中心人员及科研优势开设创新研究型实验课三个方面,探讨了技术资源科研平台的建设及其在实践中的运用与体会。实践表明,病理学技术资源从以上三个方面对医学生进行实验教学,教学效果良好。文章期望为国内高校开设相关的病理学技术课程,提供具有可行性及有参考价值的实验教学模式。

Abstract:In order to make medical students and researchers take less detours in learning and application of related pathological techniques in scientific research and improve the quality and efficiency of their work.Taking the scientific research experiment platform provided by the school pathological diagnosis center as an example,this paper discusses the technical resources from three aspects:the work carried out by technicians and the transformation of the results of papers into the experimental teaching content of postgraduates,the resources provided by central instruments and facilities and places for the experimental teaching process,and the innovative experimental courses offered with the help of central personnel and scientific research advantages.This paper discusses the construction of technology resources research platform and its application in practice.The practice shows that the experimental teaching of pathology technology resources to medical students from the above three aspects is effective.It is expected to offer relevant courses of pathology technology to domestic colleges and universities and provide a feasible and valuable experimental teaching model.
