Application of Three Different Rehabilitation Exercise Programs in Patients With Cerebral Infarction

Objective To explore and analyze the application of three different rehabilitation exercises in postoperative patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 120 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,with 40 cases in each group.Group A was given conventional rehabilitation exercise,group B was given conventional rehabilitation exercise+Bobath rehabilitation exercise,group C was given conventional rehabilitation exercise+Bobath rehabilitation exercise+motor imaging rehabilitation exercise,the Fugl-Meyer motor assessment(FMA)of the three groups score,modified barthel index(BI),NHI stroke score(NIHSS)were compared.Results The FMA score,BI index increased,and NIHSS score decreased in all three groups after rehabilitation exercise compared with before rehabilitation exercise.Compared with group A and B,FMA score increased more significantly,BI index increased more significantly,and NIHSS score decreased more significantly in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine rehabilitation exercise+Bobath rehabilitation exercise+motor imaging rehabilitation exercise can significantly improve limb motor function and promote daily living ability and neurological function in patients with cerebral infarction.
