摘    要:对当代医学生来说,深入了解人体结构、对正常解剖有一个清晰的认识是至关重要的。虽然教学方法因国而异,因校而异,但《人体解剖学》教学仍然以传统课堂讲授为主。目前,将医学影像整合到解剖课程中已经越来越普遍,与标准图谱、解剖标本相比,它具备以下优点:为学生提供了一个展示大体解剖结构、内部血管关系、生理及病理等变化的机会。运用实影渲染(cinematic rendering)技术能让医学影像更真实地展示活体中的诸多细节,能让未来的医生们更好地辨认重要的人体结构。此外,医学生自己也认为,影像实影渲染技术与医学教育的融合具有正面的影响,对他们未来的职业生涯非常有益。

Abstract:For contemporary medical students,it is very important to have a clear understanding of human body structure and normal anatomy.Although the teaching methods vary from country to country,from school to school,and have changed in the past decades,the traditional course teaching is still an important part of the teaching of Human Anatomy.At present,the integration of medical imaging into these courses has become more and more common.Compared with standard atlas and anatomical specimens,it has the following advantages:it provides students with an opportunity to show changes in general anatomical structure,internal vascular relationship,physiology and pathology;and it can show more real details in vivo by using cinematic rendering technology.In the long run,new technologies will enable future doctors to better identify important human structures with medical images.In addition,medical students themselves believe that the integration of image rendering technology and medical education is very positive and beneficial to their future career.
