PCMC与PBL联合教学模式在呼吸内科护理带教中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨PCMC与PBL联合教学模式在呼吸内科护理带教中的应用。方法选择2018年3月-2019年4月我院呼吸内科100名护生作为研究对象,随机将其分为常规护理带教组与PCMC与PBL联合教学模式组,两组各有50名护生,常规护理带教组护生应用传统呼吸内科护理带教模式教学,PCMC与PBL联合教学模式组护生应用PCMC与PBL联合教学模式,对比两组护生的呼吸内科护理带教效果。结果 PCMC与PBL联合教学模式组护生的呼吸内科护理理论知识、操作能力、文书规范性、护理态度以及患者管理评分均要显著比常规护理带教组高(P <0.05);PCMC与PBL联合教学模式组护生对带教方法的满意度、积极参与性以及实操能力满意度分别是96.00%、96.00%、100%,常规护理带教组分别是80.00%、74.00%、74.00%,两组对比存在统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论 PCMC与PBL联合教学模式在呼吸内科护理带教中具有显著应用效果,可明显提高临床护理教学质量,值得应用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of PCMC and PBL combined teaching mode in nursing teaching of respiratory department.Methods From March 2018 to April 2019,100 nursing students in respiratory department of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:routine nursing teaching group and PCMC and PBL combined teaching mode group.Each group had 50 nursing students.The routine nursing teaching group used traditional respiratory nursing teaching mode.The PCMC and PBL combined teaching mode group used PCMC and PBL combined teaching mode and the two groups of nursing students respiratory medicine nursing teaching effect was compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,operation ability,standardization of documents,nursing attitude and patient management of nursing students in PCMC and PBL group were significantly higher than those in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of nursing students in PCMC and PBL group on teaching methods,active participation and practical ability were 96.00%and 96.00%,100%respectively,80.00%,74.00%,74.00%respectively in the routine nursing teaching group.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined teaching mode of PCMC and PBL has a significant application effect in the nursing teaching of respiratory medicine,which can significantly improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching and is worth applying.
